All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds does not belong to the registered account holder — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.
Wengtoto does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which Wengtoto accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that were previously used to deposit into your account, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawals will be withheld pending satisfactory KYC verification.
Wengtoto reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected. Withdrawal processing times are indicative and may be affected by the verification requirements of the receiving payment provider.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only winnings generated from wagering activities that comply with applicable rollover requirements may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by Wengtoto are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence.
Bonuses are awarded at Wengtoto's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, except for bonuses already credited to a User's Account and actively being wagered.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20). The wagering requirement indicates the total value of bets that must be placed using the bonus balance before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. For example, a ×15 wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requires RM1,500 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal.
While bonus funds remain active in your Account, a maximum bet restriction applies per round or bet placement — typically in the range of RM250 to RM500 per bet unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum bet limit while bonus funds are active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
